MCW stands for PLC supporting grinding machine, MKW for CNC supporting grinding machine, MCD for PLC Center fixed grinding machine, MKD for CNC Center fixed grinding machine.
Center fixed grinding machine can be used to g rind heavy parts, easy to operate, high efficiency.
The structure of the machine adopts the structure of the wheelhead movable cylindrical grinding machine,the workpiece onlymakes rotating motion, the wheelhead dragging plate (Z axis) makes longitudinal reciprocating motion on the body of thedragging plate, the grinding wheelhead (X axis) makes transverse feeding motion on the dragging plate, and the operationposition is arranged on the structure of the dragging plate. MCW1380A series cylindrical grinder bed structun e for theworkpiece bed and towed bed body cast into one, the diameter of 800 or more external grinde r bed and towed bed body separation structure.
The longitudinal z-axis drive part of the drag plate s driven by servo motor to drive the wheelhead and pinion, and part of theCNC machine tools with a leng th of less than 5 meters are driven by servo motor to drive the ball screw. The transverse X-axisof the wheelhead is driven by servo motor and ball screw. Both the longitudinal and transverse guide rail of the drag plat e and the wheelhead adopt the unloaded hydrostatic guide rail, which has stable movement at low speed. The spindle of the wheelhead adopts high rigidity static and static pressure spindle, which has high rotary precision, good rigidity and high grinding quality. -The headstock and tailstock spindles of the Center fixed grinding machine tool are all rotary living spindles.and the spindles are supported by ultra-precision rolling bearings, with strong lubrication of thin oil, high positioning accuracy and large bearing capacity The rotary precision of the top grinding machine is completely guaranteed by the precision of the high p rrecision
bearing selected by the head and tailstock, so the grinding quality is high.
The Center fixed grinding machine can be equipped with four jaw chuck.
