Static and dynamic electric spindles have the advantages of high precision, long lifespan, and high anti vibration, which can meet the requirements of high-end CNC machine tools.
Cylindrical electric spindle
There are two types of structures for cylindrical grinding static pressure and Dynamic and Static electric spindle: built-in and cantilever structures, with the former having a more complex structure. In order to reduce vibration, dynamic balancing instruments are often installed, with two installation methods: internal and external. If necessary, encoders can be installed. The motor needs to adopt a good cooling method. The commonly used sealing form is gas seal. The grinding wheel adopts diamond grinding wheel. The linear speed of the grinding wheel can reach over 200m/s. The motor power is 30-60kw and can be designed and manufactured according to the user's working conditions.
