2、Vertical grinder grinding wheel spindle

The commonly used vertical grinder has a dynamic and static pressure grinding wheel spindle structure. There are belt type and motor direct connection type. The spindle motion accuracy is 1um, and the cutting depth can reach 0.2mm.

The tail of the belt type spindle can be equipped with an unloading device to reduce the tension of the belt. Due to the connection between the motor and the spindle through a belt, the layout is relatively complex.

The direct connection components of the motor eliminate the need for belts and other connecting parts, making the layout more concise.
