In the early 1980s, we were the first to develop a high-precision headstock with an inner hole precision of 0.067um, which won the national "六五" research and development award. It was successfully applied to the mass production of the MGA14 universal cylindrical grinder, and the roundness of the inner hole for grinding ring gauge workpieces remained stable at 0.1um. In recent years, a specialized headstock has been designed and manufactured for the diesel engine industry to process the conical surface and inner hole of electronic injection valves simultaneously. The grinding accuracy is stable at 0.15um, and the axial and radial motion accuracy of the main shaft is both 0.1um.
