1、Structural characteristics of machine tools
This machine tool is a four axis two linkage high-precision follow-up CNC cylindrical grinder. Selecting advanced and reliable devices as the machine tool control platform, with a user-friendly human-machine interface and complete equipment fault alarm and diagnostic functions. The CNC system controls the linear movements of the X-axis (wheelhead feed) and Z-axis (worktable movement), as well as the C-axis movement of the workpiece rotation grinding feed, and can achieve the linkage of the X and C axes. Equipped with PMC controller and LCD display. The operator can set grinding parameters and edit the grinding process cycle through the display screen in a human-machine conversation, achieving automatic grinding of the machine tool. Automatic cutting in and periodic feeding can be achieved through program control, and electronic handwheel feeding can also be used.

This machine tool is suitable for follow-up CNC grinding of eccentric outer circles of camshafts, crankshafts, etc. in industries such as automobiles and compressors. It can also be used for precision grinding of standard outer circles of conventional shaft parts such as motor shafts and crankshafts.This machine tools are mainly used for grinding of metal materials (such as steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, etc.), and can also process non-metallic and other materials.
