一、Instroduction
1. This product is a column-moving, precision CNC surface grinder with a T-shaped layout. The machine is designed with a rational structure, providing sufficient static, dynamic, and thermal rigidity for stable output. Advanced technology ensures the system maintains high dynamic performance. The selected servo drive system features high accuracy, reliability, and fast response speed.
2. The grinding head moves vertically along the column guideway (Y-axis), the column moves horizontally along the rear guideway of the bed (Z-axis), and the worktable moves laterally along the bed guideway (X-axis). Controlled by the CNC system, Y and Z axes can operate in tandem with a roller dresser to perform special-shaped wheel dressing, achieving profile surface grinding.
The X and Z axes can also operate in tandem to enable the grinding of curved surfaces, such as arcs.
3. The column has a box frame structure with a double-wall design, enhancing structural rigidity. Its base movement guideway uses a high-precision linear guide with pre-loaded, gap-free movement.
The forward and backward motion is driven by a servo motor paired with a high-precision linear encoder, which drives a precision ball screw for accurate feed.
4. The worktable is equipped with a high-precision linear guide with pre-loaded, gap-free movement, moving laterally along the bed guideway.
Its motion is driven by a servo motor, which drives a precision ball screw for rapid movement and precise feed.
5. A CNC rotary table is installed on the worktable as the fourth axis of the main machine, enabling precise indexing and rotation for the grinding of gear shafts and gear profiles.
6. The machine is equipped with a diamond roller dressing device, specifically designed for dressing the wheel’s gear profile.
