I Purpose and Structural Features of the Machine Tool
1、This product is a column-moving precision CNC surface grinding machine with a T-type layout. The machine tool features a rational structure, providing sufficient static, dynamic, and thermal rigidity as well as stable output. Advanced technology ensures the system exhibits excellent dynamic performance. The selected servo drive system features high precision, high reliability, and fast response speed.
2、The grinding head moves vertically along the column guideway (Y-axis), the column moves horizontally along the rear guideway of the machine bed (Z-axis), and the worktable moves laterally along the machine bed guideway (X-axis). Under CNC system control, the Y and Z axes can work in tandem to perform various special-shaped wheel dressings via the dresser, enabling profile surface grinding. The X and Z axes can work in tandem to achieve grinding of curved surfaces such as arcs.
3、The grinding head is designed with a box-type structure, and the spindle adopts a self-manufactured high-precision hydrodynamic spindle in a sleeve-type assembly. The spindle motor is directly connected to the spindle via a flexible coupling. It features excellent characteristics such as high precision, high rigidity, strong vibration resistance, high load capacity, and long service life. The spindle rotation accuracy easily achieves within 1 μm, perfectly balancing heavy cutting efficiency with mirror-grade machining performance.The moving guideways use high-precision linear guideways with preloaded, gap-free design. Vertical movement is driven by a servo motor coupled with a high-precision ball screw, complemented by a high-accuracy linear scale to achieve precise feed control.
4、The column is a frame-shaped box structure, optimized through finite element analysis, ensuring enhanced structural rigidity. The bottom moving guideway features high-precision linear guideways with preloaded, gap-free design. Forward and backward movements are driven by a linear motor, combined with a high-accuracy linear scale for precise feed control.
5、The worktable uses high-precision linear guideways with preloaded, gap-free design, moving laterally along the
machine bed guideways. Its motion is driven by a linear motor, combined with a high-accuracy linear scale for precise feed control.
6、The machine can be optionally equipped with a servo indexing device for the precision grinding of gear-shaped workpieces.
7、The electrical control system uses the FANUC CNC system to manage various operations. Featuring a graphical dialog-based Human-Machine Interface (HMI) with visualized applications, it allows operators to intuitively set parameters, significantly reducing program setup and adjustment time. This also effectively minimizes the likelihood of operator setup errors, enabling quick communication and ultimately improving equipment utilization rates.The machine features an electronic handwheel for remote control, making the operation more user-friendly and simplifying maintenance. The button station is equipped with a control console with a rotating arm, allowing all operations to be controlled via the panel. The electrical cabinet is an independent unit with air conditioning for cooling.
9、This machine is equipped with an automatic fault alarm function. If the machine detects insufficient lubrication on the guideways, it will automatically stop and issue an alarm.
