一、 Purpose and structural characteristics of machine tools

Driven by a servo motor and a reduction mechanism, the worktable is driven by a multi wedge belt and multi wedge pulley, with a speed adjustable between 20-150r/min.

The spindle motor is directly connected to the spindle with an elastic coupling, which has excellent characteristics such as high precision, high rigidity, high seismic resistance, high bearing capacity, and high service life. The spindle rotation accuracy can easily reach within 1 μ m, perfectly achieving heavy cutting efficiency and mirror level machining performance.
3、The bed base adopts an integrated cast iron design, which not only increases the structural strength, makes the center of gravity of the machine more stable, but also provides the best support and ensures the load-bearing rigidity of the machine. The oversized bed design ensures that the machine tool is fully shock resistant and absorbent, ensuring high rigidity and extending the service life of the machine.
4、The optimal span design of the X-axistrack provides excellent support for the moving column, perfectly achieving high positioning accuracy and stability during the grinding process. Track design in non processing areas can completely prevent cutting water from entering and contaminating, and can maintain the service life of precision parts such as screws, wire tracks, and optical rulers.
5、The circular grinding machine adopts a door shaped structure design, which has the advantage of better structural rigidity than a single column type. The spindle head adopts a triangular span design, which has excellent resistance to downward pressure grinding reaction force and relatively improved stability. Compared with other factories' thin or slender spindle head designs, it has a significant differentiation. And the Z-axis track surface is designed to be equally high as the worktable, which further improves the accuracy of forward and backward movement and reduces the disadvantages of tilting or deformation.
