Structural Features:
This machine is a three-axis two-linkage CNC cylindrical grinder, which can be selected from Siemens, Fanuc, or Huazhong CNC system.
The movement of the table and the grinding wheel frame is completed by the ball screw driven by AC servo motors on the Z-axis and X-axis, respectively. The X-and Z-axis linkage realizes linear and circular interpolation to complete cylindrical grinding.
Through reasonable programming, this machine can complete the grinding of single or combined surfaces such as cylindrical surfaces and conical surfaces of various small and medium-sized parts. This machine has the following functional characteristics:
1、The grinding wheel spindle incorporates our proprietary hybrid hydrostatic/hydrodynamic bearings, delivering exceptional rigidity and rotational accuracy. With a peripheral speed ≤35m/s and accommodating wheels up to Φ600mm×300mm×Φ305mm (max), it is particularly optimized for heavy-duty grinding with wide wheels.
2、The worktable and transverse feed drive screw employ precision-ground C3-grade ball screws with quantitative pre-tensioning, delivering excellent transmission rigidity and minimal backlash.
3、The X-axis utilizes imported Schneeberger precision linear guides with preload adjustment, delivering low friction coefficient and superior dynamic response.
4、The machine is equipped with imported or domestic CNC systems, integrated with our proprietary human-machine grinding interface, delivering reliable operation along with user-friendly programming and controls.
5、The machine is equipped with an end-face positioning gauge, achieving axial positioning accuracy of 0.01mm.
6、The machine is equipped with a radial automatic measuring instrument, enabling full closed-loop control to consistently maintain external cylindrical accuracy within 0.003mm.
