Structural characteristics
This machine tool adopts a cross drag layout, with polytetrafluoroethylene soft tapes attached to the forward guide rails and forced lubrication by intermittent lubrication pumps.
The grinding head spindle uses high-precision angular contact bearings and a high rigidity spindle sleeve structure, with high rotation accuracy and easy use and maintenance. The column adopts a double-layer wall structure, and the axis of the grinding head spindle is parallel to the worktable, installed horizontally.
The worktable adopts a high-precision static pressure turntable with high rotation accuracy, and the rotation motion is driven by an AC variable frequency motor through a toothed belt; High precision ball screws, AC servo motors, and CNC systems are used for the feed of the front, rear, upper, and lower axes, with high feed sensitivity, easy operation, and high efficiency.
