This series of machine tools has excellent performance and a wide range of processing techniques. Multiple special accessory milling heads can be selected, which can complete drilling, expanding, boring, groove cutting, and flat milling of medium and large-sized parts in one clamping. This model is divided into two types, one without a fixed flat rotating disc and the other with a fixed flat rotating disc. This model can also be combined as needed to create a head to head form.
Structural characteristics
The bed of this machine tool is arranged in a T-shaped pattern, with a high rigidity bed and multiple support composite guide rails. Each guide rail is equipped with an unloading device and can be selected in the form of heavy-duty roller linear guide rails
Fully enclosed spindle box
Y-axis nut rotation (exceeding 3000mm stroke)
Each feed axis is driven by a high-precision preloaded double nut ball screw pair, and the main transmission box is synchronized with the square slider for feeding. It has the characteristics of high speed, low noise, and high torque
Roller chain or wire rope counterweight balance, advanced and unique balance lifting point
Full grinding of bed column guide rail
The TK68 series square slider comes in a four sided fully wrapped form with a built-in compensation mechanism
The rotary worktable is a large rotary support
The rotary gear ring is a ground large-diameter gear ring
The slewing brake is a hydraulic holding brake
The rotary transmission is driven by a dual gear ring gear with a backlash mechanism. The backlash mechanism can be selected as dual motor dual gear or single motor dual gear
Can achieve 360 degree arbitrary angle division
Can be equipped with a high-pressure center outlet
Can be equipped with a tool magazine to achieve automatic tool changing function
